We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Monarch. Please review the following policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations regarding returns, cancellations, and refunds.
1. Return Eligibility & Conditions
Products may be returned within 14 days of delivery if the following conditions are met:
The item is unused, unwashed, and undamaged
All original tags and packaging are intact
The product is not part of the non-returnable category
Non-returnable items include:
Customized or personalized items
Items marked “Final Sale” or part of a promotional offer
Gift cards and digital products
2. How to Initiate a Return
To begin a return, contact us at support@houseofmonarch.com with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide:
A return shipping label (if applicable)
Instructions for returning the item
You must dispatch the return within 7 days of receiving the return authorization or label.
3. Return Shipping & Fees
Domestic Returns (India):
Defective/incorrect items: Return shipping is covered by Monarch.
Other reasons: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
International Returns:
Customers must bear all return shipping, customs duties, and import taxes.
If customs clearance is not completed or fees are unpaid, resulting in return, original shipping charges will not be refunded.
4. Refunds & Processing Time
After the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or sent in error.
Partial refunds will be issued in cases where only part of an order is returned.
5. Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed based on product availability.
If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be processed instead.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you, including shipping.
7. Refund Denial Conditions
Refunds may be denied if:
Returned item shows signs of wear, use, or damage
Tags or original packaging are missing
Return is initiated after the allowed period

1. Cancellation by Customer
1.1 Before Dispatch
You may cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting support@houseofmonarch.com
A full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days
1.2 After Dispatch
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
You may still initiate a return after receiving the item, per our return policy.
Shipping costs and customs duties (if any) will not be refunded for cancelled/returned international orders.
2. Cancellation by Monarch
We reserve the right to cancel your order under these circumstances:
Product is out of stock
Pricing or technical errors occurred on the website
Fraudulent or suspicious activity detected
In such cases, you will be notified and issued a full refund within 7–10 business days.
